Contact the ADAM Team for the following service request below. Please include the name of the request in the email subject line and include all the information needed for the appropriate type of request.
New Project Request - Include suggested name and purpose of the project, name of AMD project owner(s), and the approximate number of assets & users of the project.
New User Group Request - Include suggested name and purpose of the user group, whether or not it is an existing internal or external distribution list (DL) and who will be managing the list of users.
New Security Policy Request - Include suggested name and purpose of the security policy, the approximate number and types of assets that will use the policy and the potential user groups that will be able to utilize the policy.
New Taxonomy/Category Terms Request - Include suggested name and purpose of the new term(s) and the complete path where the term(s) should appear relative to the existing structure.
New Metadata Fields/Values - Include suggested name and purpose of the new value/field and each model and/or field group the new fields/values should appear.
User Role Change Request - Include the name(s) of the user and role that they need, along with a brief explanation of why they need a change in their level. The standard roles in ADAM are as follows:
- Browser (default role) = search/browse/download assets
- Contributor = Browser role + upload and edit asset metadata
- Project Owner = Contributor role + DAM Project and participant administration
