For issues reaching the server or problems signing-on please open a trouble ticket at http://myithelp. Depending on severity the help desk should contact you in one hour. The help desk is available 24x7.
For all other issues please email adam.support@AMD.com. Please include “Support Request” as the subject line and the following information in the message:
- Which application – Digital Asset Manager or Digital Asset Portal
- Brief description of the problem
- Approximate time of issue
- Level of urgency Urgent
- unable to use ADAM Normal
- unable to use parts of ADAM or speed substantially reduced
