Never Settle Holiday Bundle: AMD Radeon™ HD 7900 Series Graphics

These Terms and Conditions govern the receipt of “Hitman: Absolution”, “Sleeping Dogs” and “FARCRY 3” PC games (the "Free Games") Game Keys for a free download of the games and the receipt of a Discount Game Key for purchasing "Medal of Honor Warfighter Deluxe Edition", PC game (the “Discount Game” or collectively with the Free Games, the “Games”) at a 20% discount (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is open to participants who are the age of majority in their country of residence or at least 17+, whichever is older. Residents of Japan and the People’s Republic of China are not eligible. Residents of any country in which distribution of the Games is not available, prohibited by law or export restrictions are not eligible. This includes, but is not limited to, residents of Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, and Iran. To obtain copies of the Games, each Participant must purchase an eligible AMD product (see "Eligible AMD Products" below) from a participating retailer and obtain from the participating retailer an AMD Unique ID. The AMD Unique ID is submitted on the www.amd.com/neversettlepromo site to obtain a Steam® Game Key for Hitman: Absolution, a Steam® Game Key for Sleeping Dogs, an UBIShop® Game Key for FARCRY 3, and an EA Origin Discount Game Key for 20% off Medal of Honor Warfighter Deluxe Edition when purchased through EA Origin Store. Game Keys and Discount Game Keys are redeemed at www.steampowered.com/getsteam, http://shop.ubi.com/amdfarcry, and www.store.origin.com.

Promotion Period: Promotion begins October 22, 2012 and ends on March 31, 2013. Medal of Honor Warfighter Digital Deluxe 20% discount expires December 31, 2012. Game Keys must be used to obtain Free Game downloads by April 30, 2013 and Discount Game Keys must be used to obtain discounted purchase of Discount Game on or before December 31, 2012, after which the Game Keys and Discount Game Keys are void, except that FARCRY 3 game keys are valid for a period of 1 year starting October 22, 2012 and will expire on October 22, 2013.

Eligible AMD Products: AMD Radeon™ HD 7970, AMD Radeon™ HD 7950 and the AMD Radeon™ HD 7970 GHz Edition Graphics Cards

To Receive the AMD Unique ID: Participant must purchase one of the Eligible AMD Products listed above from a participating retailer. Prior to purchasing, confirm that your retailer is participating in the Promotion and that the product qualifies for the Promotion.

Participant should refer to the participating retailer for instructions regarding obtaining the AMD Unique ID before purchase. As examples only, a participating retailer may require you to request the AMD Unique ID from the cashier upon purchasing the Eligible AMD Product; a voucher with the AMD Unique ID may be inserted into the shipping box; the AMD Unique ID may be emailed to you after the participating retailer confirms your online purchase; or a participating retailer may require you to fill out an online request form after your purchase demonstrating that you purchased the Eligible AMD Product from that participating retailer during the Promotion Period. The AMD Unique ID may be given to you as a physical coupon voucher or it may be provided to you electronically.

OFFER GOOD ONLY WHILE SUPPLIES LAST. PARTICIPANTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO OBTAIN AN AMD UNIQUE ID OR GAME KEYS AFTER ALL AMD UNIQUE IDS OR GAME KEYS HAVE BEEN DISTRIBUTED.

To Receive Game Keys: An internet connection is required. Upon receipt of the AMD Unique ID, Participant should visit www.amd.com/neversettlepromo, input the AMD Unique ID (referred to as a “Unique ID” on the website) and the other required information, and submit the web form. THIS WEBSITE MAY BE PROVIDED IN ENGLISH, JAPANESE, KOREAN, GERMAN, ITALIAN, FRENCH, AND SPANISH ONLY. Participant will receive an email from Rayment & Collins at the email address provided on the web form where participant provided his or her AMD Unique ID. If Participant does not receive the Game Keys via an email from Rayment & Collins within seven (7) days of supplying the AMD Unique ID on www.amd.com/neversettlepromo, the Participant should contact support@amd4u.com.

To Download the Games: An internet connection is required. Upon receipt of the Game Keys, Participant must visit the game developers’ shop sites: www.steampowered.com/getsteam, www.store.origin.com, and http://shop.ubi.com/amdfarcry to sign up for free user accounts or to log in to existing user accounts. THESE WEBSITES AND THE GAMES MAY NOT BE PROVIDED IN YOUR LOCAL LANGUAGE. A valid Steam®, Origin® and UBIShop® user account and acceptance of Steam®, Origin® and UBIShop® terms and conditions are required. THESE REGISTRATIONS ARE IN ADDITION TO THE REGISTRATION REQUIRED TO OBTAIN THE GAME KEYS. Specific instructions for downloading the Free Games and purchasing the Discount Game with the Discount Game Key will be provided along with the Game Keys. Discount Game Key may not be used in conjunction with other offers. Discount applies to full purchase price, not sale price (if any). Participant may be required to pay taxes on the full purchase price.

Offer may not be exchanged, sold or redeemed for cash or other goods or services and may not be combined with any other offer, rebate, or discount.

Only one Steam® Game Key for Hitman: Absolution, one Steam® Game Key for Sleeping Dogs, one UBIShop® Game Key for FARCRY 3 and one EA Origin Discount Game Key for the Medal of Honor Warfighter Deluxe Edition 20% discount per participant. Any attempt to exceed the maximum number of Game Keys per participant, whether through the use of multiple e-mail accounts or any automated system may result in disqualification.

Sales of Game Keys from a participant to another party are prohibited, and may void the Game Key and/or the Participant's (or third party's) ability to download the Games or use the Discount Game Key.

Promoter is not responsible for invalid, incorrect, or unreachable email addresses provided by a participant.

Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, altered, unintelligible or misdirected registration forms or submissions, which will be void. Promoter is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures or damage of any kind to the extent that a participant is prevented from participating in the Promotion.

Any tax liability is the sole responsibility of, and must be paid by, the participant.

Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the terms of this Promotion at any time without prior notice.

Promoter may declare this Promotion void where it is taxed, regulated, prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

The decisions of Promoter with respect to any and all aspects of the Promotion are final and binding.
